In 2017 we –
-> Created libraries in our Primary and Secondary schools in Kamakwie, Sierra Leone.
-> Furnished our primary and secondary schools with desks and chairs in Samaya.
-> Extended our land in Tombo, for a future chicken income generating project! ✨
These are some of the happy little faces in our new school in Samaya! To reach this village it involves a few hours motorbike ride + a river crossing ( placing motorbikes in hollowed out make – shift canoes ).
We are usually greeted by the Chief of the village calling everyone to circle and officially welcoming us through song, speech + dance. ????????
